It is a pursuit problem with how the speed is read and the AI is told to intercept the runner. It is off by a large margin
This type of problem won't be fixed for years. Mark my words. See the PS2 version.

08 was not nearly this bad for the 360. There has to be a way to fix this.

Not until we have a 6-3 National Championship game, then they'll add a "Step up the D!" feature where players take proper pursuit angles.

LMAO CLASSIC!!!!!!!!!! BUT SO TRUE

More concerning is why is this not getting any comments from OMT. It is a real issue that spans much more than just the select few of us that have posted in here. You can see the poor pursuit angles on many videos.

Ignoring it is not going to make it better and for sure won't make its rep with its fan base any better.

He could be on a 3 day weekend. I would just bump this thread back up on Monday.

Well since no one wants to answer my question about whether this is this case with hum vs hum, I guess I will have to find out for myself since I just purchased the game.

This has always been a problem since....forever. Defenders have always been takin the wrong angles. I guess the problem is even bigger this year.

Yea there has always been but this year it is terrible. They can be 2 yards to your left or right shoulder and will run right along side you the entire length of the field.
