I hate teambuilder.. EA sports should had include all of 1-aa teams like they on older consoles...

Are you sure? I was pretty sure they had some of the 1-aa teams on one of the NCAA football games. I think it was 06 or 07, i had it for gamecube.

so the team builder you have to do online and then transport it to your game? or is it actually going to be in the menus like the ps2 ncca games create a school? could someone please answer this question?

search function is your friend, it's been said over and over you can only create online and then download to your system or download another CAS by searching gamertags

They had them from 2004 onward, I believe, but they only included some of the teams, not all of them. And the rosters were terrible and were for 2004. They never updated them for the remainder of last-gen's lifespan, so even in NCAA 07, if you played as a 1-AA team, you were playing with a 2004 version of them (And even the 2004 version rosters were badly done).
