what about teams with numbers on the back of the helmets? they're visible aren't they?

the team that made ncaa 10 did not want people to buy their game this year. that's the only assumption that could come from this.

I talked to Adam about this last year and it is VERY dissappointing for a Crimson Tide fan to have this not working right it takes away from the realism of the game.

This pisses off, not the fact that Ala dont have their numbers but that I created this exact thread last week. It was immediately closed by a mod. He stated that the thread would go no where.

Actually what he wrote made perfect sense. When the game is in motion u can't see the numbers. Hence gameplay level of detail. However, when you're in instant replay mode or a non-gameplay mode then you can see the #'s.

it makes perfect sense, but it's just a non answer. someone asks why you can't see them when you're playing. the reply is that the numbers are there but you can't see them

maybe they could've spent some time optimizing the game engine instead of season showdown

at best the answer is asinine, at worst it's intellectually dishonest
