Online Dynasty.. Creating Recruits

Just wondering if you are able to create recruits in online dynasty like your able to in regular dynasty?

Yeah you could do it in 09.

Create a prospect was for off line only last year. That would be cool if they had that on-line this year but I have not heard anything.

I swear I remember being able to create recruits in the OD that I commished.

Nope. I never could. Only could when I advanced it offline to get people leaving people correct then doing it.

it wasnt in OD last version, you would have to take your Dynasty offline, create the prospects and reinvite everyone into the dynasty after u created the prospects.....
