This happens ENTIRELY too much....watch the lead blockers get totally blown up. After playing this game for a few days I can understand why it's an achievement to return a punt or kick....because its damn near impossible.

I believe I have:

RBs 85 out/ 90 in
WRs 75 out / 80 in
DL 80 out / 85 in

The above numbers probably aren't exact because I'm not in front of the game right now. I see my 2nd string RB get in the game a decent amount (not due to injury) and spell my 1st stringer after too many carries or a long run and another snap.

I also even heard Brad Nessler recognize my backup coming into the game. I like that.

I'll keep my eyes open on this because it seems to be happening to several people.
J-Unit,

Here is what you can do to reproduce it. I would like to see if you can as well.

- Play with Penn State (really shouldn't matter since I have since it happen with all teams, even controlled by CPU)

- Play with 7 Minute Qtrs

- Play on AA Level (although I have seen it on Heisman)

- Set RB Sub Settings to 90 out, 95 in

- Start the game and run fairly heavy (try to use your RB in a way that he has to rest every 4-6 plays)

- You likely see a good rotation of starter and backup through the first half. No issues here.

- In the second half, your starting RB will be available. At this point, continue to run him in order to get him to be subbed for his backup. Once this happens, you'll see that your starter will never come back or even be available to put back in. If your 2nd string RB gets subbed, you'll also notice the 2nd string guy won't ever come back either. I have also seen this issue start in late 2nd qtr if you use a back that has low stamina to start with.

Please give it a try and see what you get. At least two other people have confirmed it as well on both versions (PS3 and 360).

I say this because Ian mentioned this being is madden awhile back.
That is always possible. In fact, I also tried the settings of RB 90 out and 91 back in. My RB was able to stay in the game into the 4th qtr under this method. But eventually he still got subbed and did not come back after that. Although in theory progressive fatigue sounds good, I can't imagine a starting RB ever being too tired to come back in the game to contribute. Especially if he starts sitting on the bench at the start of the 3rd qtr, he should regain his stamina at some point in the 2nd half to come back.

The problem I have is I need to set the Out to be at 90 because anything lower than that my RB never/rarely gets subbed, 90 works perfectly in the first half.

Re: ***Official Impressions Thread (360/PS3)***

If this is the case, what is happening then is his new fully rested stamina is below your set in %. Basically, no matter how long he rests he can never fully recover which IMO is realistic. If he plays most of the game and keeps getting hit, he will never be back to full stamina like he was at the beginning of the game. It is kind of like the stamina or health bar on FNR4, after awhile, it can never fully regain. Also, what is his stamina rating on the game?

I'll mess around with this later.

I have ran a few kickoffs back in this game so far. No punt returns yet.

Anybody know if in dynasty mode you can still play any of the games for that week, like all the past NCAA's ?
