If it isn't any major gameplay improvements, then maybe they could at least take the 30 minutes of production to fix the terrible crowds and sidelines. Maybe really realistic and active crowds and sidelines would distract me from the horrid gameplay. maybe.

Now that I think about it, why should we expect anything from this game?

To me '04 is the greatest, but '02 was good, '03 was really good, and '04 culminated.

The past 3 NCAA's have been so up & down(mostly down) that I shouldn't expect a great effort from '11. We'll see it and wonder what went on in the EA studios for the past year.

On one hand, I almost feel bad bashing on guys like OMT because I know some of the issues with this game come from the EA suits, BUT on the other hand, I refuse to believe for a sec. that the suits are preventing the devs from adding little things like long hair, and other stuff that has been removed from the series.

Is it truly impossible to implement option blocking schemes?
Hell, as we know, OL ignore DL all the time in this game... why can't they just do it intentionally on option plays?

If there is no one to read, there is no "option."
If I'm running triple option and my Offensive Tackle blocks the Defensive End and my slotback blocks the outside linebacker, where's the "option" ???

Acceleration has always looked wonky to me.
Fast guys keep accelerating when they get in the open field IRL. That's one reason long runs in these video games look stale... the running back is the same speed running away from safeties that he was when he was hitting the hole.

This probably doesn't belong in this thread, whatever.

I know a game more towards Madden is better than what NCAA is offering right now, but what happend to the days where the NCAA team was more innovative and didn't have to get core features from Madden? The NCAA dev team needs to step up big time this year, not only for our benefit but for theirs too.

Doesn't the game release in july? So there is roughly 5 months to go. Everything that is going to be in the game is in there by now. Cant wait to RENT this game! If they continue to take a dump on this game it will soon be in the same boat with NCAA Basketball.
