No I havent noticed that.

I'm playing a dynasty with OU on Heisman with my pass coverage slider at 100. I'll drop all of my linemen into pass coverage and it still doesn't work.

1. You CAN NOT play pass defense against the CPU.
Let me elaborate: Pass coverage DOESN'T WORK. I've played countless games and have yet to hold the CPU to under 300 yards passing. I play dime or quarters the whole game, use man and zone, changed the sliders. NOTHING WORKS. It's ridiculous.

I think I've only given up 1 300 yard game and I may be wrong there as it may be none yet CPU or Human. Have to know your personel and strategy- mix up the D calls etc....

2. D-Line deflecting the pass. It's ********. Every single time.

This does happen a tad more than I like too but it's not that bad.

3. CPU running. This happens when the CPU runs the ball, primarily up the middle and on QB scrambles. It's like there's a forcefield around their guy. He'll literally bounce off my defenders OR they won't make an attempt to reach out and grab him. I can't put it in words how mad this makes me.

Haven't seen an issue with that at all.

4. Kick/punt returns. I have yet to return a punt more than 5 yards or a kickoff past the 25 yard line. I've even put my fastest player (98 spd) in and I get the same results.

Punting: Are your end men getting blocks? If not have you tried changing them etc...
KO Returns: I haven't broken many longs ones yet either BUT this is far betting than last year when every 3rd return was a TD. I think it's just fine. Also it's not about the fastest BTW...

That's my rant. Surely you've noticed the same things.
With all due respect this may be one of those times where saying "Learn to play D" is actually the right thing to say. This isn't NCAA of old. I think this one one than any before relies a lot more on strategy rather than just stick skill.
A lot of it sounds like you are looking for the whacked out gameplay of previous years.

Re: How did this get past the development cycle?

I haven't noticed these being a problem either. I've returned 2 KO's for TDs and I've had some decent returns on punts. I have noticed the D-Line tipping passes, but I don't think it's been overdone (I think the most I've seen is 3 in a game). The pass game has been tough for me to stop, but I've had a few good games where they've only had around 200-225.

Just a suggestion, I've been using Playmakers' Varsity sliders and I've had some really great games with them, if you want to give those a try.

sorry man, better kick it down to varsity or what ever the next step down is called.

better rethink your strategy.

I disagree with your entire rant also.

1) Not true
2) Not true
3) Not true
4) Not true

Now I could say, how does the playaction run back 20 yard glitch get through development cycle. But none of the issues you are stating.

And you expect this to do what? Regularly rushing fewer than 4 is asking to having your secondary torn to shreds.

I was trying to change it up. Rushing 4 was doing absolutely nothing. Suggestions?
