I used to play as Memphis and run the ball 40 times a game with him. I remember people would pick them online and run Half-back direct over and over and over again.

Idaho OC to start off. Beat up Boise after awhile. Leave for OC job at a PAC 12 or Big 12 school. Then take over as HC at Kstate after Coach Snyder retires.

Are you sure you can accomplish all of that in like 2-3 years? Coach Snyder is no spring chicken. Heck he was fairly old when he left the first time.

Coach age should definitely have an impact on where and when coaches go. JoePa and Snyder should be gone in 5 game years at the max, and with your alma mater as an exception, you shouldn't be able to move up that fast. It would make more sense for schools like that to move up one of their coordinators, and you get promoted to HC after that coach leaves.

That being said, I'll start at DC at some WAC or MWC school until promotion to PAC-12 DC, no preference as to which school.
