Whats the bug?
Having RB jump over the pile at goal line triggers failed 2-point conversion.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in?
Offline Dynasty, year 6 or so. Human vs. CPU, All American.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
4th and 1, I send the RB over the top. The attempt appears to be good, but instead of the usual post-touchdown routine, I'm being told the 2-point conversion was no good. Huh? What 2-point conversion? 6 points go on the board. The black bar turned to Kickoff Return as soon as the RB went airborne.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
Dunno, first time I've seen it.

Coach Prestige is locked for created coaches in an online dynasty with coach contracts turned off.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in?
Online Dynasty

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
Have an online dynasty with created coaches and coach contracts turned off - after a season no coaches were above a D. Most of the information I can find says that coach prestige is linked to meeting goals, and since we have no goals, I'm guessing our prestige won't change.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
A number of people have complained about it on this board - I only have the one dynasty so I've only seen it once.

Do you have video or pictures?

Whats the bug?: In a 2-man OD in which I am the commissioner, during the offseason between our first and second seasons, I stayed with my current team while the other OD coach (my brother) accepted a new head coach contract (moving to Fresno State). When we got to Offseason Recruiting, my progress seemed normal, but each time we advanced to the next recruiting week the game appeared to ignore or not save any of my brother's recruiting activity from the past week. He would add players to his board that were not there the next week, he would offer scholarships to players, only to have those players show the next week that he had not offered them yet, etc. He confirmed that all of his CPU Recruiting Assists were off, and was sure to back out of the recruiting board each week so that it would (theoretically) upload to the server before I advanced. The game ignored his recruiting activity in all 5 weeks.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? The only possible triggers I can think of are that my brother changed teams, or there is some glitch with offseason recruiting for non-commissioners in an OD. Those really seem like the only real distinctions between his status and mine, and my recruiting worked fine.

How often can the bug be reproduced? I don't know, since it's tough to recreate offseasons. I'm hoping I can find more info about this before our next offseason, because I feel bad that this happened to my brother and I don't want it to happen again next offseason.

Whats the bug?
Every time I run a shotgun HB counter with the QB handing off and sprinting away from the HB the play is blown dead for a loss of 5 yards and a loss of down
example: Oregon PB - Shotgun - ACE - HB Counter

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in?

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
Happened all 3 attempts in my last game

How often can the bug be reproduced?
so far all 3 attempts in 1 game since the new tuning pack came out - Don't know if it was there before
