I'm wondering if it "maxes out" at a certain number of downloads at a time. You might be too late for today.

Nah man you can't click any of the new releases right now they all say the same as NCAA.

Not entirely true, I just started downloading Rainbow Moon about 20 minutes ago.

It's slow - slower than usual - but at least it's downloading.

That's my point the psn does this all the time when it updates some can access things and others don't even see that an update has happened on the store. It takes awhile for the update to spread all around for some reason always has always will.

So I just signed in with another account and I can purchase anything I want to including NCAA signed back in to my account I pre ordered with and it still says can't access with this account on all the new releases I click..
