That can be fixed with the proper sliders.

These sliders fixed a completely broken game for me. I haven't seen the "DB glitch" once since the final version came out.

Re: Games not even fun to play with all the CPU cheating

I think this version cheats less than other versions, but still cheats which is annoying.

My biggest issue is that whenever you're up in the 4th, your opponent always turns into an unstoppable machine. I've been dealing with this for over a decade now and it's just really tiring.

In NCAA 14 my biggest issue seems to be unstoppable 3rd downs. If you're up in the 4th quarter, your defenders will be completely unable to tackle your opponent on 3rd down. I don't mind when their QB finds an open man for the 1st, but I do mind when their QB shrugs off my 300lb DT smacking him in the face, or their HB catching a screen pass and shrugging off my All American strong safety, a cornerback and a linebacker on his way to a 20 yard gain.

I noticed the 3rd down thing too. Never more than in the track meet I just had last night in my dynasty 62-55 win against Syracuse. I could never stop the cpu from converting a 3rd down & many of those were 15 yard defensive penalties. Never in any game of any year of NCAA football had I seen so many 15 yard penalties in one half.

Well the defensive penalty crap happened again last night.

MAC conference opener in my dynasty & I was up 25-6 at the half. Every time Ball St had the ball my D got at least one 15 yard penalty on every drive. This time though there were too many too count 5 yard penalties too. I dont even know if it saved because I just let the game sit while I did other stuff then when I came back to it the PS3 auto shutoff.

O linemen just release blocks as soon as I break the pocket. and the one that took the cake was a sack where the DE was engaged with my OL, spun to the left as I stepped up in the pocket and would have missed me, but as soon as I stepped up he stopped the spin left midway through it and then spun right to sack me. its just pathetic.
I don't have that problem. I play two different online dynasties with some friends of mine, i play every game and don't sim. Each year my QB has about 60 TDs to 10 to 12 Ints and thats even been reduced in the current season in both dynasties because i am not misreading the defense as much.

I throw the ball about 20 times a game, and run the ball 20-30.

I use default sliders.

Re: Games not even fun to play with all the CPU cheating

In the second year of my Army dynasty we join the American Conference. I play against USF and go up 42-7 at the end of the half. But in the second half their QB breaks three tackles by a few cornerbacks and a safety and scores. Then when they get the ball back he throws a impossible ball but the receiver jumps way over the corner and they score again. After that, we score again and since I'm mad and I since I hate USF, I went for two with a fullback dive. The ball and the player clearly cross the line but he was marked as down at the one. Not fair.
