Re: NCAA Football 2005 Interview Questions

1) Are there proper rotating schedules, alternating home and away every year?

2) Is the CPU running tendency fixed? Many times the CPU would pass 4x more than run, and adjusting the coaching defense sliders didn't help all that much.

3) Why did you change the numbers on jerseys regarding to size, etc.?

Will we be able to use replays online this year?

Will there be crack blocking in the game?

Re: NCAA Football 2005 Interview Questions

How will HFA transfer over into online play?

New animations? Howmany roughly, and where to look for them?

Presentation, same the last two years. Has it been improved?

XBox Slowdown, has it been eliminated offline and online?

Edit-a-Player - Can we change everything this year? Class, hand, etc?

What additions should I, the player, be most excited about?

Any console specific features? Better use of XBox HD, graphical power, etc.

Will we still be able to see the players we have named offline, ohave a name nline on XBL this year, ala PS2 last year?

There are still some conerns about the CPU running game being too weak. It has been pretty easy to be in the Top 2 every year in stopping the run on every NCAA in the current generation. Other than sliders, has the team looked at this issue at all, and if so, how have you addressed it? More broken tackles, better blocking downfield, etc?

Is "head tracking" still in the game this year?

New unlockables this year? Such as pennants, classic teams, stadiums?

Can we name the classic teams and save them this year?

Any new additions to the equipment this year? Tweaks to the look of existing equipment?

Framerate - 30 FPS or 60 FPS?

Any work done on special teams, ala blocking kicks?

How far has the NCAA let you go with the "trouble" that schools and specific athletes can get into, and is there ANY chance that this will be removed like the tearing down of the goalposts was last year?

Has the Tx/Cal recruiting balance been tweaked at all?

Have you made it harder (and thus more realistic) for an academy school such as Navy, Army, and Air Force to recruit and land the 5 star athletes? Do they have higher standards in academics maybe than other schools? If not, this should be considered in the future.

Last year's commentary was more repetitive than NCAA 2003. Have you been able to get Nessler, Herby, and Corso back inot the booth much for NCAA 2005?

Re: NCAA Football 2005 Interview Questions

Are there any improvements that allow us to do a more "realistic" coach mode.

When playing a Dynasty and building a team up have you made it where we can get offers from smaller schools even if we are a six star school.

Is the coach prestige still connected to the team or is it or can it be seperated. I.E. - If I quit coaching at a 6 star team and take on a 1 star will my coach prestige still be dropped to the 1 star?

Any improvements to the kicking game? Including Blocking FG's/Punts, coffin corner punting, covering punts and will the computer AI run more than just middle returns? The computer also seems to "go for it" way to often. When they should be punting or kicking a field goal. Any changes?

Any chance the "mind reader" defense has gotten less intuitive? Example: audible a running play from left to right and the defense shifts as if they know what you changed.(happens alot)

Re: NCAA Football 2005 Interview Questions

1) "EA SPECIALS": In All-American mode, will the CPU-controlled teams perform more closely to their player ratings? In 2003 and 2004, too often the CPU would control a bad team and play "lights-out" football. Clearly, the players' ratings were not being taken into account, and instead the CPU had pre-determined that this was going to be a tough game, even if the CPU was controlling a D+ or C- team.

2) Fast QBs -- will it be easy to dominate the CPU with fast QBs again this year, even in AA or Heisman mode?

3) More DISPARITY: After several dynasty seasons, will we see more disparity among teams than we have in 2003 and 2004? In past versions, after the 3rd or 4th season of a dynasty, EVERYONE was at least a B- team because recruits were getting rated too high.

Re: NCAA Football 2005 Interview Questions

1. Will you do a better job filling in the sidelines for this year's game( security, assistant coaches, cameramen, wires etc.)?
2. Are there any post-season all-star games?
3. Is there an in-season/off-season practice option during a dynasty?
4. Can you select your own team captains(3-6) during each season in a dynasty and will they come out for the coin toss(realism)?
