I got it, trust me it's worlds better than sharkport or action replay. for starters you can do everything from the ps2 just by plugging in the drive. upload/download from net, everything. no need to string cables between pc and ps2. you can also create an account online, upload all your ps2 files and clear out your memory cards if you like, even password protect your files or make them public for your friends.

i don't know if max drive is coming out for xbox. xbox doens't have usb so i don't think it can.

so u can download the rosters and everything without even using your PC ?

Yes, that's correct. The only thing it takes is someone else who has the max drive (like say me or one of the roster guys) to upload them first. Once that's done you don't even have to use your PC at all with this, it connects and downloads directly from the net.

Re: Max drive and NCAA 2005 Deal

i have the xbox max drive, 100 times better than the action replay. it is usb just like the ps2 version, but comes with an adapter that plugs directly into a controller port, like ODogg said, no need to have a bunch of cables to trip over and such, great for someone like me who doesn't have the pc anywhere near the xbox....

I have a PS2 and an X-Port. So, this Max Drive allows me to do everything I can do with my X-Port without plugging a cable between my PC and my PS2? Hmmm . . .
