Na man, I didn't. Whenever I made an edit of any kind it would literally chop the size of my file in half. So, I opened up the unedited version as well as the edited version in the Hex editor to see where the file was cut off. Then copied and pasted from the unedited version to the edited version what was missing and the file went back to it's normal size. But, when I tried to load it in the game it said the file appeared to be damaged. So, I don't know what to do.

yeah I tried that too, guess I’ll just be doing it manually if I’m gonna be playing on the 360

I had the same problem when trying to edit an RTG file. I managed to get around this by doing the following:

- Extract two files from my save with Modio. The first one I saved as a .MC02 file ("FILE A"). The second is a backup (FILE "B").

- I opened the first file in the Dynasty Editor just to create this .DB file for file A.

- In Madden DB Editor 2.1 I was able to open the .DB file and edit it, but the size decreased by half.

- I opened the .DB file and File "A" in the Hexadecimal Editor and copied what was missing from FILE "A" to .DB File, just like you did. Make sure the files really look the same.

- Then, I opened File "B" in the hex editor and copied the second line to the .DB file. I saved the .DB file as a .MC02 file (File "C.MC02").

- Finally, I replaced the contents of my Original Save with this file "C.MC02" and inserted the file on the USB stick. It worked normally on the Xbox.

By the way, I was able to edit RTG's conferences, divisions and schedules and I'm testing to see if it will work normally. If it works, I'll post a tutorial here on the Forum. So far everything indicates that it will work. I even suspect that this Utility Tool is compatible with RTG saves.

Re: NCAA Football 14 Utility Tool

The file decreasing to half the original size when making edits just happened randomly. It was annoying. Never figured it out

Here is the crazy part. I wanted to see what/when the file decrease would happen; so I left my file folder open. I loaded up my dynasty file in the dynasty editor so that a DB file would be created. I made no edits to the MC02 file...only saved it and it decreased the file in half...for no reason. So I deleted the DB file...loaded it up again...waited for the DB file to be created...and this time instead of saving it I just closed the MC02 file...and the DB file stayed the same. So I have no idea why it happens even when you don't edit anything.
