    -- I really loved these in every video game. Full team historic rosters. Not sure how they could pull that off in this game but I miss that from the previous iteration. (I hate the 'fake' Legends teams in video games. Not worth the money in other sports games to have some random Legends team that never played a game together.)

The yearly releases are mostly because of the roster changes. The game itself doesn't change that much in consecutive years, so without likenesses, your 1st point is 100% spot on. However, without likenesses, I don't see how you can provide historical rosters. Ed O'Bannon filed his original suit because his (cousin? nephew?) was playing the college basketball game using his UCLA team. I think that one could be very tricky to work into the game.

After playing around with Stadium Creator in The Show for the past week, it would be awesome to get create a stadium in the new game. Football stadiums in my opinion are a lot less visual than a baseball stadiums so it doesn't have to be this grandiose thing just enough where we don't have to play in Pro Generic or Bowl Generic stadiums.

Instead of just number crunching how about more realistic and therefore uncertain scouting.
For instance, you get the 40 time, bench press, squat, agility run. But then say a QB report says "big arm, good on deep passes, could work on short touch, good pocket presence,limited mobility outside the pocket etc..."
Maybe also grades and personality matter for development potential

Definitely like this idea.

Height, weight, 40 time, bench/squat should all be in the game as static measurements. Certain measurables should be set. However, if your coaches have a scouting trait, then certain other attributes could be locked behind a fog of war. "throws deep ball well" from a C+ scout could range from 75-99 in deep pass accuracy, whereas an A+ scout who gives the same description would have a more narrow range of 90-99. In both instances though there should be a chance that the scout's assessment is just completely wrong. Maybe they watched some game film where the kid was having a career day or the defenders were just not putting up any kind of a fight so he thought the QB was better than he actually was. That could be the justification on there being a 10% chance that the scout's assessment was wrong (also allowing for hidden gems who turn out better than the scouting grade).

One and two on my list are great gameplay that doesn't have to be adjusted with sliders and dynasty mode that doesn't require self imposed restrictions to make it realistic.

Everything else is icing on the cake but none of that matters if the gameplay on the field isn't good.

The most important feature IMO is that they have a REALISTIC DYNASTY experience. Certainly don't have to have realistic players but would really like to be able to edit players for multple reasons.

After spending time with the Madden 23 Beta, I definitely want the skilled based/Free Form passing mechanic in the college football game. I also want the physics tech that's in Madden 23 to be in the college game as well.
