I tend to leave them in. Just because.
They may not hold the grip now. But they're like the Yankees in early American sports lore.

I take my inspiration from the Most Interesting Man in the World...

I don't always replace schools, but when I do,
auburn is the first to get the death penalty

Usually the bottom half of the MAC and Sun Belt.

Akron never gets good, and neither does the rest of the bottom of the MAC.

I try not to touch the major conferences, although I have occasionally got rid of Nebraska and Oklahoma because I hate 'em

I'm a big 12 fan. I replaced West Virginia with my teambuilder school because they are the farthest away from the Midwest.

If I replace anyone, it's always Alabama. That way, I never have to play against (and try to beat) my IRL team. I just can't.
