No worries. A lot of people stop reading at the house rules. So I just automatically assume most people do that. But generally speaking, I’ve gotten a lot of enjoyment following my house rules, but I can see where they wouldn’t be for everybody. It’s either manual scramble or player lock. I prefer the manual scramble, only because of the camera when using player lock. There’s no way around the player lock for most option plays though.

How are the penalties working in coach mode? Are you getting a good number and variety, including DPO?

Probably 8-10 per game. Mostly false starts, offsides, facemasks, holding, and the occasional pass interference

I am testing out a modified version of your set now, with Sim Gaming Network's Penalties and Auto Subs. Will report back later on how it goes.

So... Testing out with Sim Network Gaming's penalties and Auto Subs + these sliders was interesting to say the least. I'm not sure if they really made a difference to the end results, but it was very strange. I played AFA @ Hawaii.
- My QB was sacked 12 times (tied for the record), theirs was sacked 9. My QB would just stand there and refused to get rid of the ball most of the time. Tried to scramble a few times, didn't get far.

- Neither of us could move the ball on the ground very much at all.

- Punt stats were 39.9 (me) vs 33.4. Looooot of punting in this one.

Very bizarre.

Very bizarre.
I'm far from an expert but try short crossing routes and slant routes. Plays where the QB has a receiver in a short period of time. Also if you suspect blitz shift your pass blocking.

Pistol spread is a good formation. If they only put 5 in the box run the ball. If they put 6 in the box there are 2 good crossing routes for the QB to get rid of the ball quickly.

I use formations like that to run first and set up the pass with a run. Also if your tackles are getting beat off the edge put your linemen with the best acceleration at the tackle position. On 15 minute quarters I'm getting sacked once or twice a game with the only adjustment to McGibblets being I use his user sliders for both user and CPU.

Re: McGibblets CFB25 Dynasty Coach Mode Sliders

My first game using these was a fantastic one! I beat Michigan State at home 27-17 with Indiana. Both teams similar overall. I managed to shut them out the second half after being down 17-10 at halftime. 109 plays with is PERFECT to match the sim engine. Here are some of the player stats:

IU QB K. Rourke 22/29 (75%) 245yds 1td 0int 40yd longest pass. 3 sacks

MSU QB A. Chiles 20/29 (68%) 225yds 1td 0int 60yd longest pass. 6 sacks

IU RB J. Ellison 18car 87yd 4.8avg 2td 1fumb 2btk 22 yac 15 long

MSU RB N. Carter 14car 117yds 8.4avg 1td 5btk 48yac 25 long 20+ (2)

About to play Wisconsin next and can provide stats after if you want. Thanks for these! Just another way to play CFB 25 and I'm loving it!

Re: McGibblets CFB25 Dynasty Coach Mode Sliders

I love these sliders. I'm the offensive coordinator for my team. All i do is choose the plays on offense and slow sim the rest. Never have to kick field goals or punt.
Only change I made was to pass blocking for me and the CPU. I was getting sacked 6 to 8 times a game and I was only getting 1 or 2 a game. So, I turned my pass blocking up and the CPU's down. Now it seems we both get 1 to 4 per game.
Penalties are also nice. We both get around the same amount every game. I did have to turn off the roughing the kicker and punter though. CPU was constantly getting called for roughing my punter. One game I had 5 total punts and on every single one they got the roughing call. Other than changing those settings it's been great. Thanks
