Is Florida International University or Florida Atlantic University included in the Sun Belt conference or even the game??

I've heard talk of atheletes being groomed at different positions, but can we take a recruit who is at a certain position and put at a different one?

In that same vein, are you able to change your mind as far as an athlete's position? Try him at QB and WR for example if your needs change?

1) will it be a bit easier to block kicks and punts this year for teams like vt, air force, and fla. state who annually block 5-7 kicks a year?

2) will teams run their team specific defenses like they do their offenses i.e. ou's 4-2-5, uva's 3-4, memphis and wvu's 3-3-5?

In Dynasty what are the top twenty-five hardest places to play and what are the rankings for the top twenty-five? Also is it easier for a Quarterback to win the Heisman?

Is program integrity only for User Teams only?? Or does it apply to CPU teams as well???
