To a degree. If I have 2 RBs I'll add some split back formations, and if I have a couple TEs I really like I'll do some dual TE stuff.

Custom Playbooks based on personnel

You can see every coach's current xp towards their next level when you look at them.

See how much they have before editing (ie. 23,371/32,000 towards lol 30).
Edit the coach and save the changes (saving the changes is what resets them).
When you confirm you see their xp and it'll be reset to 0 (ie. 0/32,000 towards level 30).

This is really bad for high level coaches that took multiple years to gain that much xp towards their next level. I play on slowest xp speed so it takes a long time to gain levels at higher levels.

Brutal. I play on 'very slow' progression. I wish I could turn progression off altogether.
