Re: FIFA 17 Impressions From The Community

Not too late to sell! I bought FIFA 17 for £42.99 on Amazon over here, but just last night I managed to sell it for £34 on eBay, so not too big a loss (considering I've had it over a month now too).

Just decided it wasn't for me, so I'm going to stick with my FIFA 16 career for the next year instead.

It's not only this issue.
Major issue is this:
In PES 17 when you play against Sunderland you play against Sunderland.
In FIFA 17 when you play against Sunderland after a while you realize you play against Arsenal.

Re: FIFA 17 Impressions From The Community

I'm not going to get into the actual gameplay as, in my current mood, this post would be nothing but a nonsensical, angry rant. Once I've got a grip on my annoyance with how this game seems to be playing at the moment, I may come back and have a controlled rant. However, one impression I can make is this (and forgive me if this has been brought up already):

Does it seem to anyone else that transfers are even more unrealistic than they used to be? I started a new MM last night (my first so far with FIFA 17; been playing The Journey so far) with the first summer transfer window turned on, and on deadline day—aside from the usual nonsense—, Manchester United purchased Lukaku for £49million and Harry Kane for £46million at the same time. I had to pick myself up off the floor from laughing so hard at the ridiculousness of those transfers.

Re: FIFA 17 Impressions From The Community

This game is better than FIFA 16... but that is about it.
It could better if it didn't include:

the auto-clearing-passing-shooting
tackles through your player's body when he is between his opponent and the ball
severe input lag
horrendous player switching
extreme false steps on defense
button commands not doing intended tasks (keeper dropping the ball instead of clearing it, players standing still instead of passing or shooting or doing anything)

The more I play this game, the more I hate everything about it. It is very cringeworthy at times.
At least it looks ok and has most of the leagues, teams, and players.
I guess I can't complain because if it's not Ultimate Team who really cares right?

Could not agree more! Star players do not stand out enough for me in the games I have played. It seems every player is at the same level. For example the likes of Ryan Shawcross and Phil Jagielka not the quickest players, should not be able to run toe to toe with Theo Walcott or Jamie Vardy in a foot race, it's maddening.

They can't though. Use Right Stick with the fast players. You'll blow by them

I have been playing as Man Utd in tournaments and my manager changed from Mourinho to someone else! I don't know who it is- but when the cut scenes show the mangager, it is not Mourinho! Is anyone else having this problem?

As for me, i like fifa17 less than fifa16.
Maybe it's because i just started playing a new version.
