How's your FIFA career mode going?

I love the fact people think EA will fix anything to do with career manager. The only redeeming quality of FIFA was that it used to be moddable for us PC users. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem it will ever be possible with FrostBite.

Most of the fixes are just a couple of changes in a text file but hey better release new player faces because PES update theirs.

I honestly cannot remember has EA ever fixed something that only affects career mode?

Agree with all. However, many players demand too many details that might distort the essence of CM which is playing matches. In my opinion, EA should introduce cinematics that emphasises decisive moments and matches of the season and then, it wouldn't be the same playing all matches. But if things like press conferences, player presentations,... were added, CM would be a so wide game mode that it would be difficult to play it. I think that CM is not exactly a manager.

Therefore, EA should take the path of developing AI so that the teams play in different ways, which would improve sufficiently CM.

It's not ideal, and we really shouldn't have to, but this can be sort of fixed with a second controller.

Basically just choose the cpu with the second controller, fix the lineups and even tactics if you want to then start the game. Once you get into the game itself just go back to choose sides and take the second controller off the cpu team.

I personally found that I got over the annoyance pretty quickly, and it's great to actually play against full strength teams again.

I'm not even asking for anything new (not saying it wouldn't be nice). Just to fix issues that have been there for ages. I guess that might be a new "feature" in a later version "We have fixed a few issues"

That's what I do, BUT that doesn't help for CPU vs CPU simmed matches during the rest of the season. Starters don't play enough matches and it just kind of kills realism for me. I know it'll probably never, ever happen, but it would be so awesome if we could do multi-team control like on the other sports games. Just being able to have control over all of the teams in one league would help to solve sooo many issues.
