Some of us have the champions league to play in but I didn't sign up so I definitely want to make my mark on the first division before 09 drops. If we don't end up getting season 2 to work I always have my other league to fall back on and I might open my own.

I agree with all you guys. This league was fun. I was just glancing at the table and it'll be cool to get in another season with 08 then jump right back in with 09 after that. It would be a shame to lose this group. Except Q bert, I may have been wrong about him.

I'll be head hunting in the cup this season; so 1st division beware.....

Rinse pulled out a lucky late goal on me to win the first round of the Cup. After battling into the first division I'm looking for a true double in season 2.

Can we set a deadline?

I'd really rather not set a deadline on games that CAN be played and that have big implications for promotion. DK's game(s) had to be forfeited because he's 3 months from playing them, but these games can and should be played. If you can't finish games in one league, then why play in another that is just starting?
