Where is Skill Moves on disk

I can't find it. I don't want to be playing the game and have to go to a web page to show me how to do a skill move. Is it called something else on the disk?

At the beggining, when you first turn the game on, just like in 08 is where you can find the skill moves. It sucks that skill moves are very difficult to pull off in any view except the Pro Cam view. You get no explanation if your using another camera view.

Sorry for being dumb but all I see is me and a goal tender. There is not video showing the moves you need to make on your controller to execute the skill moves. The video is at a lot of sites. I just thought it would also be on the disk somewhere. Also not place to practice. Why do they take thinks out? Just leave them and add content don't remove things that are already there. I know next year EA will add a practice mode and call it "all new" . There famous for taking things out then adding them back some year down the road and then acting as if it was a totally new feature.
