Pedro Azogue has also been voted the Portsmouth player of the season. The captain lead the team by example by getting 4 goals and 4 assists and keeping the morale of the team up. Mr Fish described how the fans had made the right decision but also said that Jervis and Howard were also contenders and that the rest of the team should also not be forgotten because it was the effort and skill of the whole team that made this year what it is.

Last words
Personally I think this is the hardest season I have ever played in. Even though we did make it to second I still felt like I wasn't in control when playing games. Hopefully the Championship wont be to harsh and the board will throw some decent funds my way but I'm not to confident that they will. Thanks for reading, the next full update will be at the end of the transfer window of next season.

Great job on promotion! So close to taking the league too! I'm looking forward to how you prepare for the Championship now. We are in the same boat and I have found out already it won't be a walk in the park.

Re: How's Your FIFA 14 Career Mode Going?

I think it'll be cool to have a FIFA 15 thread. I actually am playing FIFA on a next gen console right now but I prefer to post on this thread, seeing as I've been following it for a while and you guys are awesome! I'm gonna take Chelsea or AC Milan for my big team while taking Southampton on as they try to replace their first team. My league 2 team is currently between Southend, Northampton (to go with the Southampton one), or Burton Albion. I love playing with different teams lol so that's why the many options.

Btw, February update will be up sometime tonight.

How's Your FIFA 14 Career Mode Going?

Finally reached May 1st. I have to say I'm a little disappointed with some of these boosts though. Those those that had overall range in the 40s received huge boosts, but nothing exciting. I might call up everyone that's over 60 since I can find put them in the B team. My striker Scott Wilson grew up to 62 overall and has 83-89 potential, so I might promote him and try loaning him out next season so he can begin developing. I'd hate having to wait until next May to promote him lol I'm impatient like that with youth. Should I do it or just try keeping him and players in that range in the academy? My academy is full so it would be good to free up some space

It may be a while until you get loan offers. I've had most of my youth players on the loan list and I've not even gotten a single offer. Not even for Luke James, which is really surprising. I find loan offers only come in when the player is 20. Also about Wilson, if you want to get a bigger boost, it may be good to wait until next May. It's annoying but you are assured of quite a boost to your players.

Me and tex were saying that we could see if we could get the thread renamed if possible to not specify the game. That way none of us get left behind and we can just say which version we are on

Re: How's Your FIFA 14 Career Mode Going?

Honestly, I'm up to whatever on the thread. If we start anew, we'll pick up some of the people that just play career mode at the start. If you need an example go back and read a couple of pages. But, hopefully if we do start anew, maybe we can spark some dedication into those people and they can stay and have amazing CM's. Or maybe not, who knows. Anyways, whatever happens we all need to be on the same page.

Tottenham signs Coach Willoughby!!

He is a first time coach who aims to turn Tottenham into a huge force in European competitions. The board's league goal for Willoughby was to reach the Champions League, but he knows he can do better. As he said in an interview " This team has great talent in every position. As you know Yedlin is on season loan to Sounders FC. Next season we hope he will be ready to be a starter."
