Is there a horizon link somewhere or are these supposed to be downloaded from the game? Thanks

I want to wait for Chill but who knows when he'll be back. At any rate, I want to do a roster. A FULL ROSTER. This game has 30-31 conferences on here. And it will probably would take a few months to do. I would need some other people's help as I don't watch college basketball so I would need help on how to rate other players. I could name all the players a conference a day, maybe once I get offa work each night. And thank god there ain't a lot of players like College Football. Waddya say guys? Any one want to help?
