MAJOR bug after roster update!

I ventured into the hellpit of the official EA forums. Apparently the dev team are "fully aware" of the "dynasty issue".

Another roster update in a few weeks might fix it. Who knows?

There are three main problems and the first two are serious oversights.

1) Star Players in the AHL. Criminal. Especially as it happened before. A mode ruiner. It's not just one or two. An all-star teams worth of guys will be shunted.
2) Guys like Eberle and Seguin are underrated. It will be hard for them to get realistic point totals in breakout seasons. These are the players that need to be boosted a little. Having them improved makes the rosters fresh.
3. New AHL players missing. According to EA they need to sign an agreement with the AHL that will in turn let EA put them back in the game.
This may happen in January.

As an offline guy, I'm going to delete the rosters and do it all manually - right from Modano to the Red Wings.

This just makes me sick, all I want to do is play my dynasty. I guess I am going to delete everything and just do it manually. Any sites reccomended?

The New update will correct some of the issues such as the Be A Gm Star player issue, and a few roster bugs. However no player movements have been done since we last released a update, this is strictly a update to fix issues. We will be fixing the goalie equipment issue as soon as possible with another interim update. Sorry for any inconvenience guys.

There is a new roster available right now guys. I'm in Europe but it should be across the board.

IT'S NOT FIXED! I thought it was, but realised I hadn't done a play/sim and as soon as you do that, then boom... stars in the AHL.

So, with the very latest roster, i.e the one with the purported fix, BeAGM is still knackered.

Google Petrpuck Rosters, he's got the best site for manual updates easily. All the roster movements for each league and lots of created players.

so star player will not be in AHL? when did you start ur BaGM preseason games or preseason (ex: free agency, rookie signings etc.)?

its good for EA to include some minor leagues such as CHL etc. but this bite their arse coz now they have to fix so many rosters of other leagues INSTEAD of focusing on the glitches of BeGM mode that has been there since 2009.

I apologize for bumping this thread, but I had a question I just wanted to clear up. Does the latest roster update(s) fix the problem with star players being sent down to the minors after you finish your first season of Be-A-GM?

Yes, though during Pre Season they will still be sent down, but called back up once the season starts.
