Big fan of your sliders last year and this year... however, I think there needs to be adjustments to pass speed and shot speed to compensate for the faster game speed.

I upped CPU Difficulty to 6 and now I think they are even better...

I just want the best challenge and I was instantly pasted by the Pens...PASTED!!! The next game I took it to the Stars with CHI and won 3-1...but dominated the game. Lehtonen was outstanding.

The original...I won't be changing either. I believe in finding something and sticking to it. Also, I don't have the net at home anyhow so I couldn't even if I wanted to...which I still wouldn't.

Love it man, i don't know what you did, but this beats anything i've ever played for hockey. The puck dances, players move into scoring areas, a scrum in the corner is an effort and struggle. shots are lasers, goalies get *pieces* sometimes, the puck hits a pad and who knows where it goes. fantastic.
Thanks!!!

These are very good. I am really enjoying them so far.

Thank you for sharing.

Edit: One thing I really like is the cpu passing % is pretty realistic on these, and there are powerplays.

I played one game so far with these settings and they are pretty good. The shot count seems realistic and the computer is actually shooting the puck and applying pressure all over the ice. Hopefully i can play a few games after work to get a better feel.

Re: OBG's Amazing All-Star Sliders

Long time listner first time caller.

OBG love the sliders from last year and I only have to assume I'll love them again this year.

Question for anyone using these. How are the breakaways?

I find that the basic settings out of the box make it really hard to get a good breakaway. The defenders always seem to close the gap at the last second, or the outside step my forward should have and take doesn't happen and I get pushed outside.

Also does anyone thing my issue might be from newest tuner set?

Appreciate any input.

Re: OBG's Amazing All-Star Sliders

In season mode these hold up fine but in BAGM i see a lot of cheap goals. I am not seeing many shots from the point going in whether it be clean shots or tip ins, in fact i dont think i have scored a tip in in around 25 games in season or BAGM. The cpu on the other hand seems to have no trouble beating my goalie with point shots or tip ins.

I was just in the 3rd period of a BAGM game against Winnipeg where i had outshot them 20-7 and two run of the mill shots Lundqvist would save all day just flew by him. I have seen this a lot, if the cpu scores one then the momentum they get means they are going to score again, Even with good defense.

I just turned the game off, Getting balanced and realistic games seem to be a chore to get in this series, Its certainly not the sliders because its something i see regardless. I dont know what it is but sliders just never seem to hold out and play the way they do at the start.

Arkham City cant come quick enough for me at the moment, Shame really because these sliders were outstanding at the start.
