Mikey's Sparkling Revamp 14 Sliders

Hey guys This is just another slider set of many But Ive been having a blast so I figured I would share. My goal with these was to get realistic stats with a decent amount of penaltie calls for both sides while still maintaining solid fun game play. Now what I have discovered is penalties and aggression is somehow tied in with speed and acceleration as well as fatigue. I just had a game where I had 7 PPS, all different types of calls as well.

NOTE: I'VE ONLY USED THESE WITH REVAMP ROSTER.


Rules:
All-Star
Hardcore Sim
9 Minutes
offsides: on
icing: on
Penalties:max

Post whistle: authenitc
Penaltie scale: 4
Fighting:1

Gameplay:
1.03
Speed:2
Attribute: 4 ( testing this, It says the higher the more a players attributes matter)
Fatigue:5/5
Recovery 1/1
Injury: (preference I use 3/3)
Puck Control: 3/3
Acceleration: 4/4

After about 20 or so games I think that these gameplay sliders are the reason I'm getting so many penalties. I have tried to tweak it and every time I do it seems the penalties run away again.

AI

Difficulty:3
Cpu Strategy:2
Hmn Strategy:0
Faceoff:4
Fighting:4
Penalties: max
Cpu penalties:max


Pretty basic stuff here I think most people use this or something similar.

Passing
pass assist: 2 ( this is what ever you prefer)
Manual pass: on
Pass Speed: 1 ( slow down the laser passes that happen)
Saucer Pass : 2
Pass accuracy: 5/5
Reception: 1/0
Interceptions: 5/5

not quite sure if I like Interception where its at yet but it slows down the crazy pass happy cpu and makes for more puck battles. As far as the rest I'm pretty satisfied with.

Shooting:
Shot Acc: 0/0
Shot Power: 3/3
Slapshot Acc: 1/1
Slapshot Power :3/3
One timer: 3/3

This is another one I'm constantly changing you could also try with shot acc 0/0 and have power up to 4/4 if you like. Also with interception as high as it is its perfectly fine to leave the onetimer at 3/3.



Checking
Hitt assist:1
Aggression: 3/3
Hit Power 1/1
Stick lift 3/3
poke check 3/3


If you think its a hit parade with hitting power at 2 think again, You will see the odd guy get blasted and it usually is a injury or a penalty but for the most part teams that hit bang the body lots and teams that dont lay back.
The Roster might be a huge reason why this is the way it is though.

Goalie:
Passing: 1
Cover Puck: 5
Screen: 2/2
Reaction 2/2
(cyclo told me that if this is to high the goalies overreact.

Top Goalies play like top goalies and guys like Ramo can't stop a beachball.

Anyways this is my set like I said before this is a good place to start if your one of the many like myself who where struggling with having any powerplay time... Im not totally married to these so any feedback would be greatly appreciated so we can all have the best gm mode ever!

I'm going to give these a try now... will let you know how they play.

PS. As a Pens fan, glad to see Hanowski and D'Agostino get their chances with Calgary

Played pretty well. I beat minny with the coyote. Penalties were 7-2 in their favor but the wild don't take a l of of pims. Paul bissonette scored the gwg on a backhand one-time so I might lower that.

So Im visiting the attribute slider once again, in the description it says " the effects attributes have on your players" now most peoples sliders have this set to something different but if this is true and it really does what it says it would almost make to much sense to have this set high since we put so much time into adjusting every players attributes with the revamp roster.

From what I understand it gives a boost to certain players in a pool of ratings. at 6, the guys that have 90's will basically be 99's in the game. At 3 their values are true to their ratings. At 0 everyone basically has the same rating but I'm not sure if that is 70 or 99.
