Yeah...my wife is gonna hate this game. Too bad. NHL 10 is like the Mecca we've all been on a long journey to see...and now, its just on the horizon.

The thing that makes it a little suspectible (Hey I made up a new word) is the part where he said of your player gets hit in the face. He will now be wearing a jaw protector. If that is true that is would be sick!

Uhh, wow.

Like others said if this is legit then we are in for some fun.

Those are some MAJOR upgrades. If only every sports game could be like that.

Re: Hands on from HF boards

In my haste to make a joke, I forgot to say that "Be a GM" and a return of season mode with 30 team control could make for a lot of happy gamers. I was quite vocal about the new GM mode needing to be a major upgrade as opposed to simply throwing in a trade block, owner expectations, and staff upgrades. Again, if these impressions are true (just trying to keep myself from getting too excited), it certainly sounds like I'll be satisfied.

Being able to do single seasons with accurate rosters (used to do this when I had more time) is a nice alternative. And of course being able to do the playoffs with [I presume] the real seedings come next spring will be great...
