Learn not to listen to 'sharks'.

He has made a menace of himself at 2khockey.net and has been in quite a bit of trouble there lately...for things that would have definitely got him banned here.

Thanks for the heads up. I just saw another reply of his in another thread here and it just baffles me how simple minded some people are. The things that amuse...

He probably won't realize how sad all this is until it's too late. I bet he still plays knicky-knicky nine door and makes crank calls and stuff.

You know that thing that drives the player attributes and tendencies in NBA LIVE 09? That is Dynamic DNA. With this feature there would hardly be a need for subjective ratings. It tracks a player's real life tendencies and stats and the player plays like that in the video game. NBA LIVE 365 ensures that every player's stats and tendencies are updated daily to be current. It is basically an enhanced form of signature styles. Then, there would be no need for equipment boosts as this would drive everything.

The only problem is the NHL does not have a company that keeps track of all of these things and can put them in the game. The NBA has Synergy to do this for them.

Anyway, I was just making a suggestion, okay OnlyByGrace?

Which post was it? How does it show simple-mindedness? In all of my post I mean to help the developers although it may not seem like it. Yes, I do realize the trouble I have gotten into lately. I am just so much of a loser that I really care about hockey video games. Do not put too much into my posts because most of the time they are taken out of context.

NBA Live's constantly updated tenancies are completely irrelevant to this argument.

The equipment boosts are for user created players. NHL players in the game don't have equipment boosts. "Dynamic DNA" would have no effect on EASHL players.

Actually most of the time you just don't know what you're talking about. 100% of shots are split saves indeed.

Re: NHL10 Hockey Shop Discussion (w/ article from Team XBox)

Hi, Ive read alot of post here regarding EASHL, but this is by far the most important imho, Mostly because we have a game dev. here.

I think the gear and boost things are really nice, but why couldnt it have been more authentic gear, ive played hockey myself, and know for a fact there is no camogear (or gold items), and will probably never be.

Is it hard to get brands accepting the terms for the game? I really would love some kind of explaination why there isnt only autentic gear, You want a game that is realistic. So why dont you go all the way?

Sry if this make anyone angry, I just wanna understand how this was decided back at EA.

Other than that, NHL 10 is a really a big step forward from 09, and I thank you for that.

I have a suggestion, Dunno if this have been talked about before, but, why dont you have like superstar packs? Pre-ordered ppl will get Kane items, And it would be cool if you wear Kanes items you have more that playstyle ingame.

That instead of getting boostpoints and unlock weird texures for your items, you become and look more as your favorite superstar. For example, Take Nick Lidstrom, If you unlock his Pack. (thrue achievements) You become a really good defender, but, you will not be as affective as a Sniper for example.

In this way you really would feel the diffrence between players, and not like now. Ofcourse the cards should still be there and points distrubition.

Sry for my bad english .
