Re: Gamechanger event #1 (very early impressions)

DJ NEO - here are some quick questions:

1. Is roster sharing in NHL 17?
2. Is create-an-arena a feature for other modes besides EASHL?
3. In create-a-team, can we upload our own logos?
4. They keep saying that they worked on all 3 zones, but they only mention offensive and defensive zones. Has neutral zone play been worked on?
5. In your opinion, do the new goalie animations allow the goalies to play better and more realistically?
6. Is there goalie fatigue in franchise mode?
7. Have special teams (powerplay and penalty kill) been worked on?

Answer what you can. I understand you can't answer them all probably, but it's worth a shot. Thanks!

Neo: can you just give your impression of the new tie ups?

Re: Gamechanger event #1 (very early impressions)

1. Are there new sliders? If you tried them, are sliders working well with their new 100-point scale?

2. They talked about "enhanced hit mechanics". Has hitting improved? Are small bumps actually affecting the puck carrier now or is it still only big hits? Has board play improved?

3. Have stick-on-stick and stick-on-body collisions improved?

Thanks a lot NEO!

I would like to know whether there are any new sliders as well, if you can talk about it(?). Thanks.

Re: Gamechanger event #1 (very early impressions)

Also want to know if there are more sliders, and also if we can save multiple slider sets. Similarly, will we be able to share sliders? My guess is no on all counts, seeing as roster sharing hasnt be announced yet. Im just hoping that the sliders really have great effect and that this wont be a descent into slider hell where we wont have sliders to our liking until february 2017.

Also want to know about fatigue as the game wears on. I played a 3 overtime game recently and it bugged me that my lines had the same energy at the start of the 3rd overtime as at the beginning of the first period. After five periods there is no way that should be the case. They should be pretty tired (low yellow, almost in the red) and i should be forced to have really short shifts. So hopefully each peroid of the game the starting energy gets lower. But guess this hasnt changed either.

Hopefully custom cameras have made it into 17 as well.

Thanks again DJ for representing our community, especially those of us looking for the best sim possible
