Last I heard Jan 28 they found issues with their gameplay update.They said they were working on a fix for a offline version.Did they give up as it does not effect HUT,the only mode they care about.

It sure seems as if they’ve totally forgotten about releasing an updated tuner for those of us that play offline. It should’ve been released by now. Who knows. I’ve given up on this years NHL release. It’s a good thing that I still have NHL 16, 17 and 18 in my library. Hopefully NHL 20 won’t be a disappointment. Remember the SEGA Genesis days? Every release of the NHL series during that era of gaming was good. What happened??

The updated tuner for offline is the re-uploaded 1.03. You just need to re download it and use 1.03....that IS the current tuner being used online.

My understanding is that they will eventually roll out a 1.04, but no ETA on that.

No it's not,like they explained earlier,it's the same 1.03 as previous.1.04 will be available later.Latest for offline is the same 1.03.
