EA UFC 3 wishlist thread

In an attempt to keep all request for the next game (hoping there is a next one) in one location so nothing gets over looked, we're going to use this thread.

A small request for the ground game of the next EA UFC

NEW Stand-up STRIKING mechanics for EA UFC 3 (concept, ideas, discussions)

New Striking System or New Submission System

How to SOLVE LAGS in EA UFC once and for all

If there is a EA UFC 3 can we PLEASE revisit the idea of 60 FPS?

Transition Based Subs Idea

Here are a few taken from the first couple of pages. I'm going to lock those
threads. Feel free to add other links from previous threads asking for things implemented for the next game.

Re: EA UFC 3 wishlist thread

Not smart idea to make discussion in one thread about DIFFERENT themes and mechanics, this is not constructive because 1) when devs wants to get Striking mechanics info they need to read the entire mixed thread and find those about striking what they want. 2) I now can not to add concepts and ideas to New Striking for discussion, so my thread becomes not a Striking mechanics compilation (all in one place about striking changes).

Unlock such threads to bring back discussion in its place.
This for example:
http://www.operationsports.com/forum...scussions.html

and others.

"EA UFC 3 whishlist" - awesome, lets talk in this one about everything.

What you need to do as a moderator is to make a Compilation walkthrough for different threads' categories, but DO NOT LOCK THEM.

Re: EA UFC 3 wishlist thread

I'm not sure why you guys think the devs/GC wouldn't read through a whole thread of different constructive ideas. I think this has more to do with people feeling like "their" topic is going to be overshadowed by another topic of discussion.

For example several my threads which you locked were ONE theme-mechanics oriented (Striking , clinch, sway)... Ever time devs need to ask, to find or to discuss this CONCRETE mechanics he knows where to do this,...he knew, before today. Now he will need to loose his time, energy and resourses to find this different category info in ONE huge thread.
This yr decision is totally not constructive.
If you dont think so, ask devs, ask forum mebers before doing things like this.

On the other hand, as i said, to make a One thread-index (walkthough), which gather and groups a links on threads by different mechanics/categories W/O LOCKING this linked threads - will be useful and appreciated moderator's work.

I actually did ask before making this and other threads. The devs can use the search function if need be like any other user searching for something on these forums. There's also a wishlist thread in every other sports section; this game is not so unique that it needs to operate differently.

I do not see an answer why you need to LOCK themed compilation threads, so block our ability to add, evolve and discuss for ex Striking in Striking thread, but not in all-in-one (wishlist) porridge thread... it is insane. One "New striking..." thread has 12 pages, could you predict how many pages will have all-in-one Wishlist thread with locked others threads, and its discussions will be interwined/mixed each other, not useful, this is terrible decision!

Re: EA UFC 3 wishlist thread

Well how about we try it out and if it proves too much to handle, we'll reopen the discussion. I've said all I can on the topic, you could PM Millennium and plead your case to him.

Re: EA UFC 3 wishlist thread

There needs to be a wishlist thread, a thread for UFC 3 standup discussion and a seprste thread for UFC 3 ground mechanics/submission discussion. There are just too many conversstions to be had for 1 thread IMO
