Hmm. If it means overall stats and whatnot are closer to what they should be then I guess I don't mind. I personally don't like simplicity in an MMA game.
And I hope these stat changes weren't made specifically to balance UT and prevent stuff like the powerful one leg exploit, as if that were the case I'd have to argue that UT alone should have adopted this change (for balancing) but the rest of the game should not (as we can't change stats and exploit this, and CAFs are blockable in Unranked so that covers then)

And ah, Lee's combos certainly didn't feel as effective in southpaw.
I've heard the accuracy stat only affects chances to hit while someone is swaying? Is that true? That seems a bit of a waste if it ONLY applies to that.
Youd think it'd dictate the chance of landing a perfect flush shot on your opponent.
(Eg. Dunham v McGregor, Dunham hits McGregor with a hook. Both fighter in striking range, not defending or moving, does that get effected by accuracy? Or does it just land flush 100% of the time? Does Dunhams hook land with the same accuracy and placement as Mcgregors would in that context?)

And with the switch stats and move levels dictating power, say I'm Cro Cop, and he has a.. 88 switch, if I go to orthodox and swing that rear high kick (let's assume its Lvl 5) is it still going to be brutally effective (assuming 88 switch cuts 10% power) it'd essentially make his rear high kick from either stance deadly (which, they were, but his left leg was the killer of men and machine, people took the right leg)

Cro Cop might be a bad example, but hopefully you get what I mean haha

Probably beating a dead horse here....but I really wish they would consider changing this back to 'the way it was' before.

Or, if they don't want to do "left hand vs. right hand power" etc ---- for simplicity sake (i.e. Ultimate Team Cards) --- at least:

* Hand Power

* Hand Speed

* Kick Power

* Kick Speed

Now, I'm not saying that in real life, Anthony Pettis CANNOT knockout Eddie Alvarez with a 1-shot Bob & Weave into Left Uppercut strike --- anything is possible ---- but when that happened to me fighting one of my old rivals, I thought it was a little odd lol

Pretty sure Pettis has almost no power in his hands at all (in his feet on the other hand ---)

Yeah is give up seperate sides just to see them split.
I don't see why UT couldn't have simplified stats in those areas if splitting them up make balancing cards a nightmare or whatever, but I think the main game should definately have seperated power/speed. As we all do, I guess the hope is it can be implemented to 3.

I know move levels affect stamina tax and damage, but that doesn't mean certain guys still couldn't kick way to fast or vice versa, maybe move levels should affect speed too? Though that'd be just as big a rebalance as seperating the stats I guess.
