PS5 confirmed for 2020, so I suppose this will remain a PS4 title. But PS5 atleast has BC so we'll be able to play it on there too! I hope BC titles will benefit from the improved specifications.

With the amount of dedicated post patch support I wouldnt expect the next game to release according to the usual releasing schedule. Predictions are that the ps5 will release in spring time 2020, perfect timing for a new UFC game. If it is released before then we'll just be getting an unfinished game/minimal changes

Dude, I'd be pissed if it comes out on PS5 and not PS4. Jumping way ahead there with my accusation but my goodness would it be a ballache. Literally bought a PS4 for this game, then a PS4 Pro, again for UFC. Would be such a bummer to have to upgrade again just for some visual gains! Think it will be out before then.

I think ratings matter, but there's only so much difference it can make when you have a 0-100 rating values but only use 80-100. Due to the fact that it is a 100 pt system being used and not a 0-20 pt system, every fighter feels good to great in most areas. There are a few ratings that seem to be more effected than others, like grappling, you can feel an 80 grappler isn't as good with transitions as a 99 at least. But a lot of other attributes don't feel that gap as much.

If you create a fighter or play UT, you can REALLY see how using the full 100 pt ratings system truly gives fighters a unique feel with advantages & disadvantages. If UT wasn't so poorly done this year that's where I'd be. Nothing like fighting a guy with high striking ratings all to find out his body health is trash after 2 or 3 flush body shots lol. But yeah, actually using the entire 100 pt ratings system would help tremendously in giving that sim feel.

I've seen the same issue with Madden, they bunch in good and great players ratings a bit too close so certain players just don't feel as unique.
