Yh this is something i've been thinking of too. Some of us have been honking the horns for a transition based sub system, but no idea if that will ever happen. It would be so much more dynamic than a mini game though. I feel the mini games are played out and really take away from the visual. Instead of focusing on what's going on with the fighters, you're busy playing a mini game smh.

Some sort of ratings based system would be nice. Subs are too easy

Idk about too easy lol if you aren’t using someone like Souza and u run into a competent player good luck getting any other sub than a finish the fight sub or a 2 gate counter...

I should’ve specified lol sorry. The cpu is too easy to sub. If I put them in a sub 9/10 times it’s over. Even cpu vs cpu fights mostly end in subs. The ratings should matter more. I’m getting ufc 4 regardless, but I’m a sim player hope they make a sim mode

If the sim mode is good I’ll be all over it, I try to like ranked but it feels like the only way I can be successful is fighting how the game wants me to fight and not how the fighter I’m using fights in real life.

Exactly this. Way to much 'gaming the game' in UFC3.
