His footwork, switch, top game, TDD, Sub O/D are all low, and could be buffed off his most recent performances.

Specifically Diakiase and Burns, he showed tasty improvements in these areas in those two fights.

Specifically, TDD, Top Game, Clinch grapple, Sub O vs Diakiase.

A fight where he controls Diakiases back for just under half the 2nd round and counters a cage TD into a beautiful elbow in guillotine for the win in the third. Shows definite improvements to his in game stats.

Footwork, headmovement, chin, power, accuracy, vs Burns.

Just watch the fight, some of those counters were siiick and involved some skilled footwork. Specifically the.. first KD I think.
Gil Lunges in wit tha hook, Hooker quickly hops out the way and returns a straight on the money dropping burns.

Overall, Dewwit! Man is underrated as f************k.

Switch stance is criminally low. Vs hioki he literally fought southpaw the entire fight. His power could use a bump. He’s a completely different animal at lightweight. I feel like his current stats are based on his featherweight losses to Jason knight and Yair Rodriguez. Even though they gave him a boost recently.

He has that lvl 5 body knee which totally wrecks dudes, but yeah he could definitely use a slight buff in some other areas. So glad they finally put him at LW tho. Been using him a ton.

The fact he's being matched with Barboza and a lot of folk are considering it close should gives an impression of how damn underrated Hooker currently is.

If you looked at their stats in game, you'd assume Edson was getting a gimme almost.

Win or lose he needs a buff I think.
He's currently rated as a low tier FTW (who has recieved a few buffs) when he should be a mid tier LW currently.

Stuff like his Body/Leg health, toughness, heart, Grapple stam and endurance haven't been reassessed for LW if I'm not mistaken, they're all still indictative FTW. Only his chin and strike stam have been adjusted in tuners.
