Re: PES 2016 Sim Settings

Loving the work guys, hoping to get a bit of time over the next couple of days to do some testing myself.
Quick question, will kit and team name edits also be overwritten by the data pack or just the tactic edits?

Re: PES 2016 Sim Settings

Playing as Juve against Bastia.

Wanted to see how this translates with a weaker side.

Bastia playing a long balling, counter attack, who love to attack wide and play in their own half of the field.

Been in control with Juve. Seeing 64% of the ball, compared to what was a 50/50 match vs Milan.

Up 2-0. GK for Bastia still has been making great saves with the adjustments (99 defensive prowess & defensive goalie).

Overall a great first half and what you would expect from Juve against a side like Bastia. Bastia struggling to get anything going offensively.

Finished 6-1.

Crushed them. They did commit 7 fouls. 3 yellows and a red card in the match.

Juventus had a 7-0 and a 6-1 win last year. So its good knowing if you play well enough you can be rewarded.

Re: PES 2016 Sim Settings

Placed the Malicia skill & The Destroyer play style on players deserving between Zenit & Feyenoord.

Changed the goalies defensive prowess to 99 along with defensive keeper play style...

Going to play as Feyenoord vs Zenit, I will be controlling feyenoord. Want to play as a decent footballing team vs a good team, but not a great team. Zenit has plenty of rough physical Russian league type players, so it should be good.

Re: PES 2016 Sim Settings

Just played Arsenal (me) v Southampton. I set the tactics to what's been recommended here and and made the necessary changes to the goalkeepers, I didn't set any destroyer play styles etc. Played a very good game of football which I lost 2-0. Game had a good flow to it and neither goal could of been put down to goalkeeping errors

Re: PES 2016 Sim Settings

For those of you all using -1 game speed, there's something I noticed. It seems to adjust the speed of everything, including responsiveness and, most notably, player switching. I was having a few issues with certain things on -1.

Anyway, after watching Arsenal vs Chelsea yesterday I had a game and it seemed a little too slow so I put it back to 0. All those little responsiveness issues went away and after a minute or two I was used to the speed again.

I'm a huge fan of the slower, more considered game myself but 0 really isn't too fast. It only seems it if you're sprinting a lot which you shouldn't be in this game really. So much of the game seems to come back when you go back to 0, all the little interactions and movements and general crispness of the game which disappears a bit on -1.

One other thing I noticed that might only apply if you have manual controls on, always hold down the LB?LT early cross modifier button for your crosses. The double tap for low doesn't seem to work otherwise and the crosses you get when holding the early cross modifier button are just generally a lot better.

Thank you for bringing this up about the low crosses, I had been wondering why I couldn't get low crossing to work on manual, but I hadn't tried the new LB/LT cross. I also noticed there's a new ability for those crosses too. I'm a short passer hog so I haven't played much with the crossing, I will have to tonight. I need to decide on a good long ball team to play some games with.

7 fouls, 3 yellows and a red card is good! I'd be happy enough with that foul average in a 15-20 minute match.

"Malicia" really works. I'm going to give a lot of players who are known to get fouled a lot this skill.

Does whoscored have statistics like that?
