Do you really care where I sent this from?
This must be useful at "certain times".

Re: Microsoft has lost $5.5 billion on Bing since launch

5 billion is pocket change to start up a modern competitive search engine against google, and MS has rapidly established Bing as a credible number 2 option. It was always going to be pretty tough for MS to convert people already set in the habit of using Google, but there's always new people coming to computers that can be influenced as long as there's solid alternatives.

MS is actually lucky Yahoo made the worse decision in the history of internet business and turned down their $44 billion dollar buyout offer a few years ago.
