It is a German language show, with English dub if you chose. Just a helluva story line, that gets crazier each episode and we loved it....

We haven't started Season 2 yet just because with the long break between seasons, that show is just way too confusing to just jump back into. It's pretty intimidating lol.

But Season 1 was amazing. They wrongly advertised it when it first came out as being another Stranger Things-type show. It's a lot darker/more complicated than that.

I've had this show sitting in my backlog for awhile now. Really want to get to it. I'm almost done with the Expanse so I think this will be my next endeavor.

Even though some of the people whose reactions I watch have been watching this show, I have been hesitant to give it a try. After I finish the Expanse myself, I think I'll start it up too.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

I guess we have a club now since I'm in the middle of Expanse and next I'll watch Dark after I'm fine.

Re: What's good to watch on Netflix

Watched that doc on Aaron Hernandez. Compelling stuff, lot more there then I had followed through the news. Can’t help but to feel he’s just another guy gone bad due to his experiences and maybe some predisposed whatever who happened to have been a supremely talented athlete. Yeah, some of the stuff that happened to him was tragic but there’s thousands who go through the same or worse, end up the same way, and don’t get to taste 1% of the success he got to experience. One of thousands of stories that didn’t have a happy ending (or middle). The tragedy of every human being’s experiences being different and the way it impacts them.

Re: What's good to watch on Netflix

For those that are into Big Brother, I've found The Circle on Netflix to be shockingly good. Was a great time killer on my flight to California this past weekend.

Re: What's good to watch on Netflix

So it was announced a couple days ago that Mindhunter has been put on a definite hold and they released all the actors from their contracts. Doesn’t sound like it may even come back. There is a pretty good article on IMDB about it.
