Sim Only Franchise Question

Wish me luck this season [2018-19]. We're rated 91 Overall and I've decided to watch my games cpu v. cpu and jump in when I need to in order to make personnel changes. Hopefully, we can have some success. I don't know how I'm keeping the job only having 2-3 winning seasons and 2 first round playoff eliminations in 13 seasons.

We're looking good so far in the first game. We drove down the field on a 14-play drive where we threw the ball only twice. I've got my gameplan set to -5 from the middle toward the run and +5 from the middle on pass short/deep since my QB has a strong arm but his accuracy is only 79. You need to be really accurate to make the short throws. On the first drive my starting HB [T.Collins] had 8 att. for 59 yds. and my backup HB cleaned up from the goalline to get the score. I'm using 11-minute quarters. Bill Abner's sliders are really good so far because he developed the cpu portion watching cpu v. cpu games. Cpu v. cpu is the only way for me to get any enjoyment out of 2k5 now because I just am not satisfied with the coach mode.

I left the house and came back home to find that we'd lost to the Falcons 45-27 after being up 27-14. We gave up 31 unanswered points in the 4th quarter.
