Fantasy Football!!!

Because of the Crib and FPF nobody is even talking about this new mode. Personally I won't play with this too much alone but this will be great when playing with friends. I feel like it will elevate multi-player gaming by a level. Who else is loving this?

last year u could do this. u enter the tounament and select fantasy draft. i did it all the time last year. it was fun

But now you don't have to do a tournament, you can do it anytime you want.

Anyway judging by the views and the replies I guess nobody really cares about this mode.

If that's the way it works then thats awesome!!! But when I was playing the demo and watching videos it seemed that you could only pick players from your team?

If this were truly a fantasy draft then you should be able to pick players for a team in the NFL and get updated on how they are doing week to week to see if you are a fantasy winner!

Does anyone know if that is how it's done here?

I'm not exactly sure, but I thought it was something like this:

1.) You pick your team and the opposing team.

2.) When it gets to the presentation screen where it shows the starters, you click on Fantasy Football.

3.) I think you get assigned randomly, but maybe you get to choose, I don't know about this. Basically, you end up getting different units from different teams. You could end up playing the game with Baltimore's QBs (*shudder*), Cleveland's RBs, Miami's WRs, Detroit's OL, Philadelphia's Defense, and the Jets' Special Teams.

I'm not sure that this is exactly how it works, nor do I know that I explained it very well.

It should be interesting though.

I don't think it is assigned randomly. They have showed some screens of it and it looks like you can pick your starters from any team as can the opposing team. Probably get to choose one then the CPU chooses then you etc....

At any rate it looks like fun for some exhibition games. Pick Gannon as the QB with Owens at WR and Travis Henry at RB, plus you get to choose the whole defensive unit like the Buc's. It will be something to play with after the game gets a little old.
