These look pretty much the same to me as last years game. I'm not complaining, I just don't see a major change.

I can't wait to get a better view at E3.

Agreed Fetter. They do look pretty much the same as last year. So far…

yesd mi' boy i don't think u can post links here..i don't wanna get into it with the -ops hill bullies...so just peep espnvideogames in the football general discusion a thread that say's rumors, info,n news..

the players models are the same...vc's trademark of how a players calf n shin would look is is still in n their little tiny starve me type waist is still there......but how can you'll say madden looks better-because EA uses a simple engine that is eazy to use n manipulate,,

for example..in our game vc tries to define---lines in socks/pants string/knee caps/shoes strings/n tiny desings even the lines in socks...map real faces

EA shortcuts this by pasting an image of these n 3d washing it with simple texture..plus they don't have faces just generic face..so they use a simple system(effective on cows lol) so they have space n money to spare n wipe their a$ with...................

next time u see those madden 2005 pics think of what i'm saying in this thread!!n look..

now on to our loved game--
vc need's to add width to players waist..

vc did not release these screens so keep you'll pant's tight...

"our game"

Didnt' know you work for Sega/VC?

Anyways to add some perspective I remember last year when the first screens came out everyone cried about how it looked the same. It seems to me that Sega/VC's MO is to have the first batch or so of screens looking a lot like the previous year's. They then slowly unveil the new graphical enhancements as time goes on.

I realize these weren't official VC screens but it still fits their MO as other then the lighting and the uniform colours it looks mostly the same.

Give it time folks.

Re: The ESPN Football 2005 pics **56K Warning**

My question is how can you put more detail on playermodels as good as the 2K4 models are? You had pants sheen in 2K4 but it looks like VC perfected it in 2K5. I'm sure those are Xbox photos.

As much as people wanna try and keep from comparing ESPN and Madden (The people who remind me of Rodney King who still had fresh lumps on his head from the whoopin he got saying "Can we all just get along") you can't get away from it because these are the best 2 football franchises out there. IMO and a few others out there you have one that is the best and the other one that sells really really well.
