couple years back my wife thought i should end my "childish" behavior..then one night she's reading people magazine & comes across an article about various hollywood celebs (male) having video game parties

and then sun night she hears ray lewis/ed reed say they play 4,5,7,8 hours a day somedays

no problems anymore

27 married 2 kids wife probably doesn't like it but doesn't complain because when we were dating I was honest and told her this is truly my only hobby/stress reliever. My so is 5 and he loves it, I bought him a nick jr game for x-box, and for x-mas he is getting a gamecube and mario cart. I will game until they cut my fingers off of a joystick. Got my first job when i was 10 because my parents vowed to never by another video game again. Been working playing and buying my own games ever since.

I'm 31 with 2 boys under 2yrs old and I can't wait to play them on the XBox. My wife is cool about it, if not... tough, I'm the boss.

On a side note I've talk to quite a few older gamers on Live and the ones with kids cherish playing XBox with them and say there is nothing like it. The kids seem to open up more on how thier day went and got to spend quality time with them. Of course there are many other things to do with them outside, however on those rainy days, nothing beats it!
