Practice squad is still being worked on. A very, very awesome feature if it is able to work out.

IR is available through franchise mode only I believe. By right clicking on a player and selecting move to IR.

I know it works if the player is injured but I am not sure how it behaves when the player is not injuried... More testing is definitely needed.

Yeah, I want to know if this works too...if so then I'm gonna have Reggie Bush, Matt Leinart, Ahmad Brooks, Derek Hagan, Vince Young, and everyone in my franchise.
