You look set for a true Dynasty.

Pretty good when my worst starter has a 89 POT.

Just wait a few years when the sub 1mil paychecks come due for a raise....

Re: Kansas City Dynasty (NFL Head Coach 2009)

Start of the Regular Season:

Collins had a great Preseason, But alot of that was the final 2 games. I had him at FS and he did ok, But once I put him at SS he rocketed. I changed Polumalu to FS and while he did not play as well, I think he has the ability to be a FS without any drop off.

With X. Cox now the starting LE, Redman has no starting spot. He's a small speed end who in a 3-4 I would use as an OLB. Long isn't going anywhere so the gameplan I have inplace is this. I will sub in Redman in passing downs and in all Nickel and Dime formations. Redman did so well at LE I will just move Cox to RE. Long didn't get much in the way of sacks but he's solid on the line and being a 1st round pick and making so much money I could not dump him. Cox's 2 sacks do not tell the whole story, as he learned the playbook he seemed to get better, he was out of position on alot of plays or just missed on a few others.

OLB Bomani is another great problem to have. I am afraid he will be unhappy being a backup to Mayo if Mayo stays healthy. If Mayo is hurt half the year again it will not be an issue.

Surtian will be the nickel CB for now. Mathis was hurt 3 of the preseason games and does not know the playbook yet.

T. Gooden broke his leg in the 1st game of preseason and is out for the year on IR.

2 players popped up after final cuts:

Jack Scott, QB. 75/94, I cut Guy and sign him to a 1 year 1m contract, maybe I can sign him cheap of trade him.

D. Giddins, RG 83/90, I cut Nesbit and sign him to a 1 year 1m contract. Another guy I would like to sign cheap but would trade if possible.

Grant 15-11

Marshall 6-54
Simpson 6-78

Goldson 11T
Keiahe 10T
Webster 2T 1Int

2 Weeks, 2 AFC west teams, 2 easy wins. SD is next so those 2's should be 3's after that. SO far their 1st round picks didn't make much a difference. DT Gilbert did have a sack for Oakland, but it wasn't a game changer.

Mayo was hurt at the end of the game. Out 2 weeks.

OLB D. Johnson came up for a new contract. He wanted 7-9 mil a year on a 5 year contract. I am not even talking to him. I shipped him off to San Fran for their 2011 1st round and 3rd round pick. When he gets back from injury Mayo will fill his LOLB spot with Bomani starting at ROLB. Knox is the starting LOLB for now. I signed Ronald Andrews, a ROLB I signed undrafted and cut during the pre-season. He's an 79-85 ROLB.
