SEAHAWKS WIN THRILLER OVER FALCONS
Houshmandzadeh Scores Winning Touchdown

@
42--38
With less than 2 minutes to go, rookie quarterback, Ted Ford, stepped up and made the biggest throw of his short NFL career. He connected with TJ Houshmandzadeh for an 18 yard touchdown to put Seattle up by 4.

Atlanta got off to a hot start when linebacker, Pisa Tinoisamoa, picked off Hasselbeck and took it inside Seattle's 20 yard line. John Parker Wilson found Malcom Floyd for a 19 yard touchdown. Atlanta would score 14 more points before Dash put Seattle on the board. At the half Atlanta held a 24-7 lead, but Seattle would have a huge second half as they scored 21 points in the 3rd quarter and 14 points in the 4th quarter to win the ball game.

"I don't know how to describe the way I feel right now. These guys fought hard all game long and I am glad they pulled it out. Ted (Ford) made a huge play there at the end and our defense was able to stop them. Now we have to get ready to play the Rams for the second time this year and it should be a different game than the first time." Jim Mora's comments after the game.

NFL WEEK 6 RECAP

And Then There Was One
The New England Patriots remain the only unbeaten team left as the Falcons lost to the Seattle Seahawks this week. They take on the Cincinnati Bengals next week.

Superstars To Miss Multiple Games
Several key members of NFL teams will miss multiple games due to injuries.
A. Haynesworth- Partial ACL Tear- 5 Weeks
M. Stroud- Broken Wrist- 6 Weeks
A. Gonzalez- Broken Collarbone- 7 Weeks
J. Cutler- Upper Arm Fracture- 3 Weeks
S. Merriman- Groin Tear- 2 weeks

SEVERAL NFL RECORD IN JEOPARDY
There are several single season records in jeopardy of being broken this season. Tom Brady has been terrific this season and could be surpass Dan Marino's mark of 5,084 yards in a season. Currently 7 running backs are on pace to surpass 2,000 yards this season so Adrian Peterson's mark of 2,156 yards could be in trouble. Reggie Wayne is currently on track to hit 1,824 yards this season, which would put him 24 yards away from Jerry Rice's record. Robert Mathis is averaging 2 sacks a game and if he keeps it up he will shatter Dockets record of 24 sacks in a season. This should be an interesting season and we will have to wait and see how it unfolds.

Game Of The Week
In the battle of the 4-1s', The San Diego Chargers took it to the Tennessee Titans and won 37-6. Chris Johnson had a good game for the Titans as he rushed for over 120 yards. Rivers passed for 250 yards with 2 tds. Tomlinson rushed for 110 yards with 2 tds. Jackson caught 7 passes for 144 and 1 touchdown for San Diego. The Chargers held Vince Young to just 61 yards passing and picked him off twice.

Offensive Player Of The Week

Jamaal Charles (KC)
14 carries, 177 yards, 3 Touchdowns

Defensive Player Of The Week

Jacob Ford (DEN)
9 tackles, 3 sacks
