Additional Rules:
1) Only recruit players with the same star level as your schools program or one star level higher
Example: A 1 star school can only recruit one star talent and can only recruit a small amount of 2 star recruits but recruits must be interested and have you in their top 5 list of schools (2 star talent guys) hopefully the star value will change over time if I start winning

2) Can only recruit players if your school is in their top 10 list (1 star talent guys)

3) Recruit players that live close to your school so I can't have like 11 recruits from California on my recruiting board stuff like that

4) Can only make up to three promises in the off season... no more than that

5) Can only red shirt a player if they are under an overall rating of 70 or will not receive adequate playing time in the upcoming season

6) If a player is injured in a game no matter how bad I have to substitute in the back up until he gets better

7) Don't change the schedule unless I am playing against a non-existing team like the FCS teams or if my team is becoming dominate and needs better quality teams like Michigan, USC, etc. (I will let you guys know if I do change the schedule)

8) If a player wants to leave for the draft and that is what I think is best for the player I will not sway him to stay as coaches in real life usually don't do this and want their players to go to the NFL and make good money

9) Never exit a game no matter what

Additional Note: I have Madden 11 and plan to import the draft classes to see where or if any of my players make it to the NFL tell me if anyone would be interested in seeing if or where some of my players go and as the years go on we could check up on them and see how they are doing.

Note: I try not to red shirt too many players in the preseason but it's pretty hard when most of the freshman you have aren't over 70 overall and won't have playing time. As you can see all of them meet the standards for being red shirted and surprisingly enough after red shirting 11 players the team still has plenty of depth. Hopefully by the offseason most of these guys will be in the 70's or close to it and you should see their names rise on the depth chart as the upperclassmen start to graduate.

Note: What a powerhouse recruiting board lmao! You actually would NOT be surprised how many people want to come to Western Michigan to play ball. Thanks for following it'll be interesting to see where this will head. I'll probably play the first game against Michigan State tonight or tomorrow I still have a couple stories I want to put in and I forgot to tell you guys I'll be doing a story on a player I'm recruiting each week after every game. Nothing dramatic just how he can impact the team and little details about his play giving each new person a character to make the dynasty more realistic.
