Re: Hog Wild: Arkansas Razorback Dynasty

If anyone has any suggestions I will gladly take them. Haven't had any responses in a couple of days and don't want to lose following all together because of something I'm doing that I'm not aware of.

I love your write ups man. You mmight want to add like an interview with the coach after the game just to add some spice to it. Other then that everything is good man.

Thanks. I'm trying to space out the more in-depth write ups because they can get stale and I don't want to get burned out on this dynasty.

I can understand that if anything you could do the questions for the coach with the big games for the year. Just to make them seem that muich more special.

Man... you must put a lot of time into this with as much National updates you give (with box scores).

Its not letting me view your game videos... I would suggest downloading them from EASports.com, open a youtube account (if you don't already have one) and upload the videos on there. Youtube gives you a very easy code to paste into the threads.

Other than that man... awesome stuff, congrats on the national title.

Fayetteville, AR (AP) -- A year ago defense was not something Arkansas played well. Despite winning a national championship, the Razorbacks finished the year ranked 110th in total defense. However, you wouldn't know it if you watched them dismantle TCU in front of a sold-out crowd in Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium on Saturday. TCU could only manage 279 yards of total offense, and their run game was non-existent, as they only managed 39 yards rushing on 25 carries.
Bobby Petrino
"I have to say, our defense really surprised and impressed me today. Defense was our biggest focus in the offseason and we knew we had to get better on that side of the ball if we wanted to have another season like last year. You can't give up as many points and yards as we did a year ago and expect to go undefeated again. I was proud of how we played on both sides of the ball today, but I got the most satisfaction with our defense's performance.

Not to be left out, Arkansas' offense was, as usual, spectacular in their 55-10 thrashing of their old Southwest Conference rival TCU. The offense tallied 531 total yards and put up 55 points. Leading the way was quarterback Tyler Wilson who threw for 387 yards and three touchdowns.

Cornerback Darius Winston goes up to intercept a TCU pass in the second half.

Defensive end Jake Bequette sacks TCU's quarterback. Bequette making up for lost time, had two sacks on the day.

Receiver Joe Adams finishes off a 63 yard catch and run for his second touchdown on the day.

Player of the Game

QB Tyler Wilson: 16/28, 387 yards, 3 TD, 1 INT, 57% comp

I would focus more on team happenings than National due to the time it takes to keep all of that updated.

Every few weeks I would do a National update or if some big upset happens... That way you can put your efforts into little team twists as Assassin suggested.

It gives readers something to follow.
