I can't believe he hit me like that. My back hurts so bad, and I've already taken a bunch of medicine. Dad said he's going to call me off of school tomorrow. Just say I'm sick. That way I can lay around with heat and pills and try to get myself feeling a little better.

Pills pills, how good they make me feel. I'm going to take some.

Oh yeah, I'M GOING TO AUBURN!

Oh my gosh.

I don't have the words to explain how I feel right now. Other than I am disappointed, and sad.

Remember our starting QB Chad Cavanaugh, and how he got injured by a crazed Alabama fan in an Alabama shirt, and a weird Crimson Tide mask?

Well, earlier today I was laying around since dad called me off of school to rest my back. I needed more vicodin. My dad had left to run a few errands. So I went into his room to get more pills off of his dresser. I dropped the pill bottle and it rolled under his bed.

When I reached under his bed to get the pills, I pulled out an Alabama t-shirt, and a weird Crimson Tide mask.

How could he do this?

So I laid the shirt and mask out on the table, and sat there until he got home. With my back in excrutiating pain, I sat at the table. He walked in, saw, got wide eyed, and immediately went into multiple stuttering explanations. "I was just looking out for your future", "Chad wasn't a good person anyway", "you deserve Auburn. You always have".

I told him to cut the bullsh*t. I told him that for him to injure an innocent KID to try to get his son to play football where he always wanted to play but wasn't good enough, was unacceptable.

He told me that he cares about me. He just wanted me to be able to shine, and to play for the best college football team in the nation.

I feel like I don't even know the man.

Well, confronted mom too. She knew. What is wrong with these people?! It was an innocent young man! And I've gotten to know him, and he's not a bad guy. He didn't deserve to be attacked before his senior year and lose out on a scholarship!

I don't even know these people anymore. I need to get out of here. I can't believe this.

I called Beth. She about hung up on me, but I yelled to her that I really needed to talk to someone, that I had a problem. I explained to her what I had found. She is in shock. She is going to come over so we can talk.
